Support Our Vision
The Stand Up & Stride Walk is a celebration of survivors and their personal journeys. It’s also awe-inspiring to our community to see 1,500 members of the Jacksonville community show their support for the cause.
The Walk is typically held in the spring. The route is just shy of a 5k and includes beautiful views of the St. Johns River and downtown Jacksonville. A 1-mile option is also available.
The event is family and dog friendly. We have fun activities for the kids including a balloon artist and games. A DJ, special guest celebrities, food trucks and others make for a fun experience for all ages.
All abilities are welcome.
Through sponsorships, not only do you help save and change lives, you also receive the following benefits and more! New sponsorship information is coming soon.

The Breakfast is Hubbard House’s signature event in October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The event is attended by more than 600 community leaders. At this event, we remember those our community has lost to domestic violence; we create awareness of the problem and solution; and we are inspired by the stories of now-safe survivors.
The Breakfast is held annually in October in memory of former Jacksonville Mayor Jake Godbold’s sister-in-law, Barbara Ann Campbell, who lost her life as a result of domestic violence.
The Barbara Ann Campbell Memorial Breakfast is supported by a grant from the Delores Barr Weaver Forever Event Fund, est. 2015.
