Staff

The Hubbard House staff is a highly dedicated and experienced team of individuals whose unparalleled service to domestic violence victims in our community has been recognized locally, statewide, and nationally. We are especially fortunate to have a number of survivors of domestic violence on our staff, whose first-hand experiences with abuse and ultimate triumph over it, inform our work and inspire us all.

  • Dr. Gail A. Patin, Chief Executive Officer

    Gail has worked at Hubbard House for 20 years in various leadership roles. She was named the agency’s Chief Executive Officer in August, 2017. Gail has a doctorate degree (EdD) with a specialization in leadership development, nonprofit governance, and program evaluation strategies for nonprofit organizations. Gail has an MSW from the University of South Carolina and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for the State of Florida.

  • Kristi Brandon, Chief Development Officer

    Kristi has been Chief Development Officer since July, 2014 and overseeing development, marketing and communications and the volunteer program. She has a professional background in nonprofits and fundraising. Kristi has a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College and a Master’s of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

    Carol has been Hubbard House’s Chief Financial Officer since March of 1997. She oversees all finance, human resources, IT functions and the Hubbard House Thrift Store. Carol has a M.B.A. from Pace University.

  • LaShawnda Rainge, Chief Operating Officer

    LaShawnda is the newest addition to the leadership team and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. LaShawnda oversees the operations for Hubbard House. She has a professional background in child welfare, nonprofits and human resources. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
